TNY Legal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", "us", or "our firm") establishes this Privacy Policy to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as "PDPA") of Thailand in order to regulate the policy for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data in our firm as follows.
１．Personal Data to be Collected
Based on applied legal basis and to the extent permitted by law, we may collect personally identifiable data, such as name, identification number, gender, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, name of workplace, bank account information, and so on.

We will collect, use, and disclose the personal data only within the scope specified in this policy, unless otherwise permitted by law.
3. Retention Period of Personal Data
The collected personal data will be retained in our firm for the period as it is required for our performance of contract or for the period required by specific law (if any).
To protect the retained personal data, we will take appropriate security measures according to the standards of security measure announced by the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
4. Disclosure of Personal Data
(1) Cross-Border Data Transfers
We may disclose or transfer the collected personal data to the following firms located in Japan or to our firms located outside Thailand as it is necessary for our performance of contract.
・ TNY Progress Law Firm (Osaka and Tokyo)
・ Nagata International Patent Firm (Osaka)
(2) Provision to Third Parties
We may provide collected personal data (name, identification number, gender, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, name of workplace, etc.) to the courts or other judicial agencies to respond the litigation cases. In addition, the collected personal data may be provided to administrative agencies, such as the Department of Employment and the Revenue Department, in order to respond to various applications, as it is necessary.
(3) Security measure when the personal data is disclosed to the third party
We will ensure that the parties whom personal data is disclosed, as necessary and appropriate, will take appropriate security measures for the use and/or storage of the disclosed personal data. In addition, in case the collected personal data shall be disclosed for purposes other than those mentioned above, we will notify you and obtain your consent before disclosure.
Countries outside of Thailand may not necessarily provide the same level of privacy protection as the privacy protection system stipulated in PDPA. In that case, we will notify you and obtain your consent before disclosure.

You, as a Data Subject, have the following rights with respect to your personal data based on legal basis applied for the collection of your personal data.

7. Changes and Revisions
We may, from time to time, change or revise this Privacy Policy as necessary. In the event of any change or revision, such change or revision will be notified on our website.
